Who is the developer of Audubon Village? Audubon Village is being developed by The Crown Team Texas. Collectively, principals of the Crown Team have more than 100 years of experience in construction and development. The Crown Team is an association of the following entities: Crown Team Construction, LLC is a design/build general contracting firm providing commercial and residential construction services. Crown Team was established by a group of Southeast Texas businesspeople who recognized the need for a construction company that can provide a total turn key solution from design to move in. The key objective in the formation of the The Crown Team was to provide homeowners in Audubon Village with a level of integrity, innovation, experience and quality unsurpassed in the commercial and residential market. The Crown Team support staff consists of experienced professionals including seasoned architects and interior designers, creative landscape architects and knowledgeable Realtors. Managing Partner Leroy W. Faulk, Jr. has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential design and construction. His experience includes commercial/ industrial projects in excess of $40,000,000 and residential projects of all sizes small and large. Crown Team Construction will serve as “township builder” and for the Audubon Village homes. The Crown Team utilizes highly skilled craftspeople and sub-contractors in order to make the building process enjoyable and the investment secure. The Crown Team’s attention to exact detail and experience provide a product that is elegant, enjoyable, and enduring. Allco, Ltd. is a full-service construction firm that excels as a diversified deliverer of contract services for commercial, public and industrial applications in the fields of management and construction. The firm prides itself on building to exceed expectations, on schedule and within budget. Founded in Beaumont, Texas, in 1985, Allco boasts a senior staff with extraordinary experience and a standing work force of more than 200 skilled employees, including staff and craftspeople who perform the majority of the contract service in-house. Who provides the utilities to Audubon Village? Water is provided by Bolivar Peninsula Special Utility District which recently completed a $30 million upgrade to the Lower Neches Valley Authority water supply.

How are the streets constructed? Crown Team Texas has elected to install paved asphalt streets.

What types of homes will be built at Audubon Village? Audubon Village offers six unique home models that can be modified to suit your personal needs. For more information on the models, click on “Houses” on the top left menu. The models are: Sandpiper: A single unit open concept house designed for short getaways. Features include an open kitchen, bathroom, and vaulted ceilings. Seagull: A single unit house with one bedroom, bathroom, and an open living room and kitchen. Skimmer: A double unit house with a large open living area, great for entertaining. Features include an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large entertaining area. Pelican: A double unit house wonderful for family and friends to escape to. Features include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open kitchen and living room, and entertainment center. Egret: A double unit house with open outdoor gallery, the perfect combination of privacy and entertaining area. Features include a large living area, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an outdoor wet bar. Heron: A double unit house with open outdoor gallery. Features include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open kitchen and living room, and outdoor gallery with wet bar.
